Simplify to Succeed – Meeting Players at Their Level

This session focuses on adapting methodology to the players’ current level of performance. The objective is to create stable rallies through targeted simplification, methodological support, and conscious regression when needed. If an exercise does not work as intended, the task is adjusted rather than forcing the player to execute it. By deliberately reducing complexity, technique, timing, and interaction can be built step by step, ensuring confidence and sustainable learning progress.

Coaching Keys

  • Simplify exercises when rallies are not consistent
  • Use aids and clear constraints deliberately
  • Increase complexity only once stability is achieved
  • Prioritize progress over speed
  • Observe, react, and adjust methodology flexibly
