3. Real Training Environment Disclaimer
Videos and instructional materials depict real-life training situations.
Such recordings may include:
- dynamic group interactions,
- temporary equipment on court surfaces,
- variable safety distances,
- authentic youth training environments.
The visual depiction of a training situation does not constitute a representation or guarantee of optimal safety conditions.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring safe conditions in their own training environments.
4. Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks.
By using the Platform and implementing its content, the user expressly assumes all risks associated with sports training, including risk of injury, disability, or death.
5. Coach Responsibility
Where the Platform is used by coaches, trainers, clubs, federations, or organizations:
- they bear sole responsibility for participant safety,
- they must determine appropriate safety measures,
- they must supervise minors,
- they must comply with applicable local regulations.
The Platform does not supervise or control live training environments.
6. Waiver and Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the user releases and waives any claims against the Platform operator arising from implementation of its content, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform operator from third-party claims arising from:
- training implementation,
- injuries occurring during sessions,
- supervision of minors,
- misuse of content.
8. Membership Verification
Access to certain content may depend on active membership with a cooperating partner organization. User consents to the verification of membership status and limited data exchange solely for access control purposes. Access may be restricted upon termination of membership.
9. External Services (Vimeo)
Video content is delivered via external providers such as Vimeo. Activation of videos may result in data transfer to third countries. Users consent to such transfer upon activation.
10. Intellectual Property
All content is protected by copyright.
Reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or systematic downloading is prohibited without prior written consent.
11. No Warranty
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted availability or suitability for specific purposes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent legally permissible, liability of the Platform operator shall be limited to foreseeable damages and shall not include indirect or consequential damages.
If mandatory law requires otherwise, such law shall prevail.
13. Parental Responsibility
Minors may only access and implement content under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or guardians assume all risks on behalf of minors.
