Rolling as an important interaction for beginners

If bounced balls do not yet work in children’s training, the targeted rolling of the ball is an important methodical intermediate step. The children learn their first Forehand and backhand movements, improve their control and can experience rallies at an early stage.

Slower, larger balls that facilitate a flat and controlled execution are particularly suitable. This creates the first tennis-like movement sequences – with fun and a system.
