Here is a nice progression to teach players to rally with each other. Players will begin rallying without a net from a very short distance. The goal is to hit six balls in a row to each other. If the goal is accomplished, players will back up a few steps. Players will continue with this progression, adding distance and hitting over the net as they get better.
