The Use of the Non-dominant Arm on the One-handed Backhand

The non-dominant arm plays an important role on the one-handed backhand. It helps take the racquet back on the backswing, and more importantly helps to keep the torso from over rotating on the forward swing by moving opposite the hitting arm.
