In this exercise the players will work on coordination and adaptation. The players hold a stick with their non-dominant hand so that each one is holding one end. The goal of the drill is to toss a ball over the stick to the partner, who will catch it with one hand and toss it back.

Bambinis – Rally with Pass

This exercise is designed to work on control and is a fun way to start or end practice. Players will rally but have to pass the ball to their partners, who in turn will hit it over the net. Players can either count and see how many times they can rally without mistake or they can compete.

Bambinis – Rallying with a Control Shot

Players rally with each other using a control shot. That is, the players stop the incoming ball, bump it up, let it bounce and then hit it over. A target on the ground helps the players maintain control. Without targets, players tend to hit the ball too hard.
