Learning to Use the Continental Grip to Serve

As beginners learning to serve with a forehand grip is easier because the motion does not require any pronation of the forearm. However, when changing to a Continental grip to improve the serve the player will need to learn to pronate the forearm and rotate the arm at the shoulder. Here is an exercise to help with the process.
