Players jump rope as fast as they can. They jump with both feet together trying to minimize “ground time.” Training goal: This drill is designed to work explosive speed Load and Reps: This exercise should be executed with maximum intensity, totally rested and with perfect technique. 5 to 8 10 to 20 second bouts per session are recommended.
