A hand racquet makes it easier for young beginner to practice with success and start understanding the ball/racquet relation better. In this exercises two players at the net practice their backhand volleys with hand racquets. Their partners on the other side feed the ball underhanded, catch the volley and feed again. The roles are reverse after some time.
